What is PTNW's Cancellation Policy?
We strive to host every continuing education course we coordinate; however, occasionally events beyond our control lead to the cancellation of a course. The primary cause for course cancellation is low enrollment at the early registration deadline. If you really would like to attend one of our continuing education courses, please register early. This will save you money and you may be the registration that makes our course "a go"!
Here is our Cancellation Policy:
Professional Therapies Northwest will not be responsible for acts of war, weather, or other circumstances requiring cancellation of course. Airfare and hotel fee will not be reimbursed. Cancellations in writing made 3 weeks or more prior to the course date will receive a full refund minus $75.00 administration fee. Refunds will not be made during the 3 weeks prior to the course although a substitute may participate in the workshop. If course is cancelled by Professional Therapies NW, then a full refund will be honored.
How are Lost Course Certificates Replaced?
Each individual successfully attending a PTNW course receives a course CE certificate of completion. Since many certificates are lost in moves, borrowed manuals, or simply misplaced we now have an easy re-order system. Course certificate re-issue request is simple and may be completed online only:
